Original part number is the part manufacturer’s own number to identify a unique part. The number is often called the original part number, or factory number, etc. and is usually on a sticky note on the part itself.

When searching for these numbers, you will sometimes find hits on several different car makes and models, this is because some parts are used by several car manufacturers. Contact a parts seller if you are in doubt.

When searching for Engine Code, only engines with this code will be displayed, correspondingly, a search for Gear Code will only show gearboxes.

Search by Licence Plate Number shows a list of all cars with this internal car number, and Search by Stock Number shows a list of all parts with this internal stock number.
